In-House Testing and Quality Evaluation

Pafly maintains a well-established in-house testing and quality evaluation facility to ensure that every rubber component and silicone compound consistently meets defined performance, safety, and durability standards. Our testing infrastructure supports material validation, process control, and final product inspection, enabling we to deliver reliable and application-ready products to our customers.
By integrating these testing capabilities into our manufacturing workflow, Pafly ensures strict quality control, material traceability, and compliance with customer and industry specifications. Our in-house testing facilities enable faster validation cycles, reduced dependency on external labs, and consistent delivery of high-performance industrial rubber components and silicone rubber products.

Key Testing Equipment

  • Universal Testing Machine (UTM): Used to evaluate tensile strength, elongation, compression, and tear resistance of rubber and silicone materials.
  • Oscillating Disc Rheometer (ODR): Employed to analyze curing characteristics, scorch safety, and vulcanization behavior of rubber compounds.
  • Muffle Furnace: Utilized for high-temperature testing, ash content analysis, and thermal stability evaluation of rubber materials.
  • Test Button Press: Used for the preparation of standardized test specimens (test buttons) from rubber compounds.
  • Shore A Durometer: Applied to measure hardness of rubber and elastomeric products.

Quality Assurance and Testing

At Pafly, our Quality Assurance and Testing systems are established in line with the principles of ISO 9001:2015, ensuring a structured, process-oriented approach to delivering consistent and reliable industrial rubber components and silicone rubber compounds. Quality is embedded across all functions, from procurement and production to inspection and delivery.

Our QMS emphasizes process consistency, risk-based thinking, customer focus, and continual improvement, as outlined in ISO 9001:2015. Quality controls are implemented at every critical stage of manufacturing, including incoming material verification, in-process monitoring, and final product validation.
